As the world already knew, last few weeks & months, flood, earthquakes. tsunami and even volcano eruptions had swept away most of the Indonesians' peace & joy of living in the affected areas. Not to be forgotten, hundreds of souls were lost in those disasters.




As for your information, I am a medical student in Medical Faculty of Gadjah Mada University, located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It is where the mount Merapi eruptions occurred. Eventhough I am a Malaysian (sorry, not an Indonesian), as a human being, a muslim, and a neighbour, I feel the need to share a helping hand.

If you're from Malaysia, I'm sure most of you know the 2 famous 'pepatah Melayu'... "berat sama dipikul, ringan sama dijinjing" and "berat mata memandang, berat lagi bahu memikul"... (oh, thanks a lot to all of my Bahasa Melayu teachers.. terima kasih cikgu!)

Lets us give those in need some help. Wanna help those Merapi victims? oh... how?

Right, among the easiest ways I would like to offer you are:

1. PRAY TO GOD, to lessen their burdens.. Muslims, pray to Allah. May He bless you all for doing so, inshaAllah.
2. DONATE via ANY NEAREST ORGANIZATIONS / 3rd PARTIES who is collecting donations from public to be given to the Merapi eruption's victims.
